About the LHCIC

The Lincoln Heights Community Improvement Corporation, a 501(c)3 non-profit development company, was formed in 2002 by the Village of Lincoln Heights to act as its' economic development arm to promote and undertake commercial and residential real estate development projects in the Village.

 

Our Statement of Purpose

To foster and promote economic development in the village of Lincoln Heights by:
  1. Attracting new residents to the Village through construction of new single-family and multi-family housing that is affordable for working families.

  2. Improving the condition of the existing housing stock.

  3. Creating new opportunities for commercial development that brings new jobs and private investment into the Village.

  4. Assist in the construction of a new recreation/community center.


Mission

To assist the Village of Lincoln Heights in becoming a safe, resourceful and productive community supported by a respected and unified citizenry with a strong municipal government, a vital business community and an active faith-based community that cares for all citizens.


About Lincoln Heights

The Village of Lincoln Heights, Ohio is a first-ring suburban community in Hamilton County.   It is located about 12 miles north of downtown Cincinnati on the I-75 corridor.   Lincoln Heights is a municipality of some 4,500 predominantly African-American working class families.   It is a close-knit community that includes many persons who have been established residents for the past 40 years.
